Senior AI Automation Manager
Job Description
On behalf of our client, an established international online gambling company, we are looking for an exceptional Senior AI Automation Manager to help drive a major AI transformation across the organisation.
The mission is simple but ambitious: identify, personally build and implement AI, automation and agent based solutions that materially improve how the business operates.
This is not a research, advisory or innovation lab role, and it does not include people management responsibilities. We are looking for a senior technical individual contributor who combines strong business understanding with the ability to design, build, integrate and implement practical AI solutions.
You will work across Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, HR, Product, Technology, Compliance and Management, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work, improve decision making and increase productivity. You will also have the mandate to challenge existing processes and rethink how work should be done in an AI focused organisation.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Working model: Hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home
Responsibilities
Develop and own the AI and automation roadmap.
Identify high impact automation opportunities across the business.
Personally design and implement AI agents, automated workflows and internal tools.
Connect AI solutions with APIs, databases, internal platforms and business workflows.
Evaluate AI models, tools and frameworks based on business needs.
Take solutions from idea and prototype through production and adoption.
Work with internal or external engineers when deeper development support is required.
Measure impact through time saved, cost reduction, productivity, quality and revenue improvement.
Support teams in adopting AI effectively across the organisation.
Requirements
Strong hands on experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments.
Practical knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, RAG and automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and data flows.
Experience building and deploying AI solutions into production.
Ability to personally work on agents, workflows, integrations and internal tools.
Strong business and problem solving skills.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and different business departments.
Ability to work independently as a senior technical individual contributor.
iGaming experience is highly preferred.

Production AI implementations
Profiles focused mainly on strategy, programme management or people leadership, without regular technical implementation, are unlikely to be the right fit.
