# Job Description 

Our client is an international digital marketing company specialising in **performance-based advertising within highly regulated industries** , including online gambling and sports betting.

With operations across multiple international markets, the company combines technology, data-driven marketing, and compliance-focused execution to deliver high-quality customer acquisition and traffic to its partners.

**Location** : On-site – Douglas

## Responsibilities:

As a **Finance Manager** , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, general ledger, and revenue recognition

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Oversee collections and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers

- Lead and support the finance team

- Maintain appropriate financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax requirements

- Oversee financial systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting

## Requirements:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

- 2–3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior accounting role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation

- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel or similar accounting systems

- Experience in digital marketing, media, iGaming, or another fast-paced international business would be an advantage, but not essential. If you are an experienced finance leader with strong interest in iGaming, digital marketing, media, we encourage you to apply.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
