About the Role

As a Talent Resourcer, you will help us find, engage and build relationships with great candidates for roles across Malta, Europe and international markets.

This is not just about sending LinkedIn messages.

It is about learning how to find people, understand people and connect the right people with the right opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Speak to candidates by phone, email, message and in person

• Find and approach candidates across LinkedIn, databases and other platforms

• Review CVs and assess candidate suitability

• Build strong talent pipelines for live roles

• Screen candidates and support candidate presentations

• Research companies, industries, markets and talent pools

• Keep candidate data organised and accurate

• Use AI, automation and modern sourcing tools

• Support recruiters in delivering strong results for clients

• Find smarter and more creative ways to reach the right people

Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, business development or research is an advantage, but attitude and potential matter more.

Nice to Have

• Recruitment or talent sourcing experience

• LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator experience

• Experience with recruitment CRMs

• Experience using AI or automation tools

• Experience working across international markets

• Knowledge of iGaming, technology, fintech, finance, marketing or engineering

• An existing network you can tap into
