Job Description

Our partner is an international business looking for a Turkish Customer Support Agent to join its team in Cyprus.

In this role, you will assist customers in Turkish and English, resolve inquiries across different communication channels and ensure a positive customer experience.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site, Shift Based

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email and phone.

  • Assist with account issues, general questions and service requests.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

  • Provide consistent support across multiple brands.

  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Follow company procedures and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Turkish and good English.

  • Previous customer support, sales or similar experience.

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

  • Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.

  • iGaming experience is an advantage.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
