We work closely with clients to identify, approach and present strong candidates for specialist positions across Europe and other international markets.
We are now looking for a Talent Resourcer to support our recruitment team with sourcing, screening and engaging candidates for active roles.
Role Overview
The Talent Resourcer will support the recruitment process by identifying suitable candidates, building talent pipelines and helping the team approach relevant profiles for different client roles.
This is a hands on sourcing role, ideal for someone who enjoys research, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate outreach and working across different types of positions.
You will work closely with recruiters to understand each role, search for relevant profiles, prepare candidate lists and help create a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
We are looking for someone with a natural interest in modern technology and practical ways to work smarter. The right person should be curious about new tools, AI, automation, sourcing platforms and creative methods for finding, approaching and organising candidates more effectively.
Location: St. Julians - On Site - With flexability
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Resourcer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Source candidates through diverse online platforms
• Build candidate pipelines for active recruitment roles across different industries
• Review candidates and CVs to assess basic suitability for each role
• Send initial outreach messages to potential candidates
• Follow up with candidates and help maintain communication
• Update candidate trackers, CRM systems and internal recruitment documents
• Prepare candidate presentations
• Research companies, markets and talent pools for specific roles
• Use modern tools, technology and creative research methods to improve sourcing quality and efficiency
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks related to sourcing and candidate management
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when working with candidate data
Requirements:
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate research or a similar role
• Strong ability to search for candidates on online platforms
• Good understanding of how to identify relevant experience from LinkedIn profiles and CVs
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Able to understand job descriptions and match profiles against role requirements
• Interest in modern technology, AI tools, automation and practical ways to improve daily work
• Resourceful mindset with the ability to find solutions, test new approaches and improve processes
Nice to Have
• Experience sourcing candidates for iGaming, technology, fintech, finance, marketing and highly technical engineering roles
• Experience with technical recruitment, including software, hardware, semiconductor or engineering profiles
• Experience working with international markets
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, recruitment CRMs, AI tools, sourcing extensions or data research platforms
