Responsibilities:

We are seeking a high-ownership, high-tempo Head of Operations to drive the execution, performance, and scalability of all broker operations. This is a crucial leadership role for a systems-builder who thrives on solving complex problems, automates instead of adding headcount, and relies heavily on data to move numbers:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across customer support, payments, compliance/KYC, risk, and trading operations.

• Process Optimization: Turn manual, fragile workflows into highly scalable, automated systems.

• Performance Metrics: Own the operational KPI framework—instrumenting, reporting, and relentlessly improving performance and SLA adherence.

• Growth & Retention: Manage payment, onboarding, retention, and reactivation operations to protect and grow active client revenue.

• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure new initiatives land flawlessly from an operational standpoint.

Who You Are

• Experienced Operator: Strong background in brokerage, prop firms, fintech payments, high-risk verticals, or a similar high-volume space.

• Scale Specialist: Proven track record of taking messy operational processes and turning them into systematized, repeatable workflows.

• Execution-Driven: A relentless, results-oriented professional who closes loops and manages processes and stakeholders with exceptional communication skills.

• Automation-First Mindset: A champion of efficiency who reaches for better systems, tooling, and automation over simply increasing team headcount.

• Data-Driven: Deeply comfortable owning performance metrics and being held accountable to them.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with KYC/AML providers, PSPs, and trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5, cTrader, or equivalent).

• Experience standing up operations from an early or scaling stage.
