Our partner is a growing international business operating within the Sportsbook and Casino sector and is looking for a creative and technically strong Videographer to support video production across multiple brands and markets.

In this role, you will manage video production from concept to final delivery, creating content for social media, digital campaigns, paid acquisition, internal communications and brand storytelling. You will work closely with Marketing, Design, CRM, Social Media and Media Buying teams to create video content that supports engagement, acquisition, brand awareness and customer growth.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, web platforms and

internal communications

• Create short form and long form video content for multiple brands and markets

• Manage video production including camera work, lighting, audio, setup and direction

• Edit high quality video content using professional post production tools

• Create video assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and paid media channels

• Develop multiple video versions, formats and hooks for A/B testing and campaign optimization

• Add motion graphics, captions, typography, colour grading and audio editing where required

• Work with Marketing, Design, CRM, Social Media and Media Buying teams on campaign video content

• Support brand storytelling, promotional content, event content and employer branding videos

• Maintain organized video libraries, raw footage, project files and asset folders

• Review video performance and improve engagement, reach, CTR and content quality

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of professional videography and video editing experience

• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating camera work, editing, lighting and visual storytelling

• Advanced proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve

• Strong understanding of social media video, hooks, pacing and platform specific formats

• Experience creating video content for digital marketing, social media or paid campaigns

• Good knowledge of motion graphics, captions, typography and video formatting

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced international environment

• Strong attention to detail, creativity and ownership

• Professional communication skills in English

Valued knowledge:

• Experience within iGaming, Sportsbook, Casino, FinTech, Digital Media or agency environments

• Experience creating high converting video content for paid social or acquisition campaigns

• Experience with multi brand, multi market or localized video content

• Knowledge of AI assisted video production tools

• Drone operation, aerial shooting or commercial photography experience

• Experience managing video equipment, file systems and production workflows

• Additional languages are an advantage
