Affiliate Manager
Job Description
Our partner is a growing international business operating within the Sportsbook and Casino sector and is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help scale affiliate acquisition across multiple brands and markets.
In this role, you will manage and grow the affiliate portfolio, build strong partner relationships, negotiate commercial deals, monitor traffic quality and work closely with Marketing, CRM, BI, Product and Compliance teams to drive profitable player acquisition and long term player value.
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site
Responsibilities:
As a an Affiliate Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Build and scale the affiliate program across Sportsbook and Casino products
• Identify, onboard and manage affiliates, webmasters, media partners and traffic providers
• Negotiate and optimize CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and custom affiliate deals
• Monitor affiliate performance across FTDs, NGR, CPA, ROI, retention and player value
• Review traffic quality and identify fraud, bonus abuse, low value traffic and tracking issues
• Work with CRM, BI, Product and Marketing teams to improve player journeys and profitability
• Manage affiliate platforms, tracking links, postbacks, S2S tracking and payment validation
• Build strong relationships with direct partners and affiliate networks across multiple markets
• Provide regular reporting on affiliate spend, performance, revenue and portfolio profitability
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Affiliate Management experience within iGaming, Casino, Sportsbook or Betting
• Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and custom commercial structures
• Experience managing affiliates in regulated, offshore or grey markets
• Experience working directly with webmasters and affiliate partners outside networks
• Hands on experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, Affilka,
Alanbase or similar.
• Good understanding of postback URLs, S2S tracking, promo code attribution and tracking accuracy
• Strong knowledge of FTDs, NGR, CPA, ROI, LTV, retention and player quality
• Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced international environment
Valued knowledge:
• Grey market affiliate experience
• Experience across LATAM, Asia, MENA, CIS, Balkans or Eastern Europe
• Existing network of high volume affiliates, webmasters or media partners
• Experience with Sportsbook focused affiliate acquisition
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, influencer traffic, programmatic and publisher strategies
• Experience working closely with Compliance, CRM, BI and Product teams
• Additional languages are an advantage
