Customer Support Agent (Korean Speaking)
Job Description
Our partner is a growing international business operating across multiple brands and is looking for a Korean Customer Support Agent to join their team in Cyprus.
In this role, you will provide professional customer support in Korean and English, assist customers with account related questions and general queries, and help ensure a clear, timely and positive customer experience across different communication channels
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus - On Site - Shift Based
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Handle customer inquiries through different communication channels in a professional and efficient manner
Provide support across multiple brands, ensuring a consistent and high quality customer experience
Assist customers with account questions, general queries and service requests
Identify, investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and complaints
Work with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed properly
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and procedures
Support customers in Korean and English with clear and professional communication
Requirements:
Fluent Korean, written and spoken
Good level of English, written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, sales, telephone support or a customer facing role
Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Open to relocation to Cyprus
Previous iGaming experience is considered an advantage
Experience supporting customers through live chat, email or phone
Additional languages are considered an advantage
