Job Description

Our partner is a growing international business operating within the Sportsbook and Casino sector and is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to build, lead and scale the marketing function across multiple brands and markets.

In this role, you will own the marketing strategy, lead acquisition and retention activity, manage marketing budgets, build a strong team, and work closely with senior leadership, Product, BI, CRM, Tech, Compliance and Commercial teams to drive growth and player value.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus, On Site

Responsibilities:

As a Head of Marketing, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Own Sportsbook and Casino marketing strategy, budgets, acquisition, retention and growth
• Lead marketing team across media buying, CRM, affiliates, content, design and social
• Manage paid, affiliate, programmatic, native and social acquisition channels
• Improve CPA, ROAS, FTDs, LTV, NGR, retention, conversion and player value
• Work with Product, BI, Tech, CRM, Compliance and Finance to improve performance
• Build scalable marketing processes, reporting and workflows

Requirements:

• Strong iGaming, Casino, Sportsbook or Betting experience
• 6+ years in digital, performance, acquisition or growth marketing
• 3+ years leading marketing teams or marketing functions
• Experience scaling teams, budgets, systems and acquisition channels
• Strong knowledge of regulated, offshore or grey markets
• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, FTDs, LTV, NGR and retention
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, DSPs, BI and attribution tools
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and stakeholder management skills

Valued knowledge:
• Grey market experience
• Brand launch or international scaling experience
• Sportsbook and Casino experience
• Affiliate program and partner management experience
• CRM automation, personalization and retention knowledge
• Experience working with Compliance, Product, BI and Tech
• Additional languages are an advantage
