Our client is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple brands, ensuring customers receive timely, professional, and effective support at all times..
Location: Hybrid – Birkirkara
Responsibilities:
As a Finnish Customer Support Agent , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide 24/7 customer support across multiple brands, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Adapt to the requirements, processes, and guidelines of different brands while maintaining service excellence.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues, ensuring prompt resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and operational procedures to provide accurate information and support.
Assist in the creation, translation, and maintenance of customer support documentation and resources in the native language when required.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting colleagues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish.
Comfortable working flexible schedules, weekends and public holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
