Advisory Senior
Job Description
Our client is looking for an Advisory Senior to join their finance team. This role involves supporting clients across financial modelling, valuations, corporate finance, funding processes, and advisory projects. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver clear, practical, and well-structured financial advice.
Location: On-site – Mosta
Responsibilities:
As an Advisory Senior, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Building and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support business plans, feasibility studies, and investment decisions
Assisting with valuations using accepted methodologies
Supporting clients through mergers and acquisitions, including valuations, deal structuring, and financial due diligence
Preparing business plans, feasibility reports, and funding proposals
Advising clients on funding opportunities and assisting them throughout the process
Designing and monitoring budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial controls
Preparing and presenting clear, concise, and well-structured reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Collaborating with colleagues across different service lines to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs
Requirements:
Hold an MQF Level 6 qualification or above in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Economics, or Management
Have a CFA designation, which would also be considered
Have previous experience in financial advisory or corporate finance, which would be considered an asset
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be fluent in both Maltese and English
Have a proactive, problem-solving approach
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Be highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Have strong report writing skills
