Responsibilities:

This is not a traditional recruitment role. We are looking for someone who wants to be more than just a recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing their own desk, generating new business, managing client relationships, delivering recruitment assignments, and helping establish Hireroo as a recognised and respected recruitment partner within the Cyprus market. You will work directly with the leadership team and have the opportunity to influence the direction, growth, and long-term success of our Cyprus operation. For the right person, this role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to become a key figure in the development of Hireroo’s presence in Cyprus.

• Identify and secure new clients across Cyprus.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, founders, directors, and C-level executives.

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market mapping, events, and direct outreach.

• Represent Hireroo at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client meetings.

• Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to successful placement.

• Source, attract, assess, and engage high-quality candidates.

• Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations.

• Present suitable candidates to clients with clear recommendations.

• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

• Deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.

• Help establish and strengthen Hireroo’s presence within Cyprus.

• Build brand awareness and credibility within the local market.

• Provide market intelligence, salary insights, hiring trends, and competitor analysis.

• Identify opportunities for future growth, partnerships, and expansion.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within agency recruitment.

• Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment.

• Strong business development capability and commercial awareness.

• Existing professional network within Cyprus.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Fluent English.

• Experience recruiting within , iGaming, Technology, Fintech, Forex or Financial Services (Highly Desirable)

• Existing client relationships within Cyprus. (Highly Desirable)

• Previous experience establishing or growing a recruitment desk. (Highly Desirable)

• Strong Social Media presence and personal brand. (Highly Desirable)
