RG Executive - Swedish speaking
Job Description
Our client is a well established international iGaming group behind a number of globally recognised iGaming and entertainment brands. With offices across multiple jurisdictions and a growing presence in Malta, they continue to expand their customer operations teams to support regulated markets and deliver a high standard of player experience.
They are currently looking for a RG Executive to join their Malta based team.
Location: Hybrid - St Julian's
Responsibilities:
As a RG Executive, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Monitor player activity and identify potential responsible gaming concerns
• Review player behaviour and assess risk indicators in line with internal procedures
• Contact customers proactively regarding their gaming activity when required
• Act as an escalation point for responsible gaming related queries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Work closely with Customer Support and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure appropriate interventions
• Support compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies when necessary
• Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and ongoing compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• Native or fluent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous experience within Responsible Gaming, Customer Support, Social Work, Compliance, or a similar customer facing role
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify behavioural patterns
• Strong judgement and decision making skills
• Empathetic and professional approach when handling sensitive situations
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple cases effectively
• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing business requirements
