Our client is seeking a Risk Senior to join their team. The role focuses on managing and monitoring risk for MFSA-supervised entities, ensuring effective risk controls and supporting the enhancement of both internal and client risk environments.

Location: On-site - Mosta

Responsibilities:

As a Risk Senior, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and assess risk frameworks and internal controls

• Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and recommend improvements

• Work closely with clients to strengthen their risk environment

• Prepare risk reports and communicate findings to stakeholders

• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Ensure risk assessments and monitoring activities are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in risk management or a related role

• Experience working with MFSA-supervised entities is essential

• Familiarity with Scoro will be considered an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with Copilot is beneficial

• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools

• Risk-related certifications such as FRM or CRMA will be considered an asset
