We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager with strong experience in CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and CPD (Cost Per Deposit) models to build, manage, and scale high-performing affiliate partnerships. An expert in connecting with either affiliates or influencers in Forex CFDs and crypto trading spaces.

You will be responsible for sourcing new affiliates, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue growth through data-led decision-making.

Responsibilities:

As a Affiliate Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Affiliate Acquisition & Partnerships

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners (media buyers, networks, influencers, publishers).

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates.

• Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, CPD, hybrid, rev share where applicable).

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns across multiple GEOs (LatAm, Asia, Europe, Middle East).

• Track performance metrics such as CPA, CPD, ROI, LTV, conversion rates

• Continuously test creatives, funnels, and traffic sources to improve results

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze affiliate performance using tracking platforms (e.g. Voluum, Affise, Everflow)

• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders

• Forecast campaign performance and scaling opportunities

Compliance & Fraud Prevention

• Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines

• Detect and prevent fraudulent activities (e.g. fake leads, bonus abuse, arbitrage violations)

• Ensure affiliates follow agreed marketing standards and policies

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, CRM, payments, and product teams

• Align campaigns with promotions, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle

• Support landing page and funnel optimization

Requirements:

Experience

• 2–5+ years in affiliate marketing / performance marketing

• Proven experience managing CPA and/or CPD campaigns (iGaming, FX, crypto, or fintech preferred)

• Strong network of affiliates and traffic sources is a big plus

Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

• Experience with tracking tools (Voluum, Affise, etc.)

• Understanding of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, social, native, email, influencers)

• Negotiation and relationship management skills
