Google Ads Manager – Multi-Market Performance
Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly analytical and performance-focused Google Ads Manager to lead paid search acquisition.
This role focuses on scaling user acquisition profitably while ensuring compliance across multiple regulated markets. Success in this role will be measured by growth in new customers within target CPA, improvement of LTV to acquisition cost ratio, and the ability to build scalable campaign structures with clear ownership of performance strategy.
The ideal candidate has experience in regulated industries or high-value lead generation and is comfortable managing multi-market campaigns with different dynamics.
Location: Hybrid - Sofia OR Remote
Responsibilities:
As a Google Ads Manager – Multi-Market Performance, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
Drive customer acquisition with focus on CPA, LTV, and payback targets
Build and optimize campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring they are scalable and efficient
Adapt strategy based on language, competition, and user behavior
Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance
Monitor conversion tracking, attribution models, and data accuracy
Take ownership of performance strategy, ensuring clear structure and ongoing optimization
Collaborate with CRM, SEO, Affiliate, and Product teams
Ensure compliance with platform policies and local regulations
Analyze competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
Deliver performance reporting with actionable insights to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
1.5 to 2+ years Google Ads experience
Experience managing high-budget performance campaigns, ideally around 100k
Background in iGaming or other regulated industries
Strong knowledge of bidding strategies and Performance Max
Experience with GA4 and tracking setups
Ability to manage multi-market campaigns
Exposure to international markets, South Africa, Sweden, Mexico, UK is a plus
Experience in unregulated markets is acceptable
Strong analytical and data skills
High level of English
Nice to Have:
Experience across international markets
Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
Experience working with BI or data teams
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
Experience with Apple Search Ads
