Our client is a corporate services provider based in Malta, offering support across compliance, corporate, and advisory functions.

For the role you’ll be looking after: supporting compliance operations, assisting with regulatory processes, monitoring client activities, and contributing to the effective implementation of compliance frameworks.

Location: Hybrid - Malta (2 days remote, 3 days from office after probation)

Responsibilities:

As an AML and Compliance Executive, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures

• Assist with the compliance monitoring programme

• Liaise with internal departments on compliance and AML matters

• Support statutory filings and regulatory reporting

• Assist with regulatory audits, inspections, and visits

• Support customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes

• Report to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on compliance related matters

• Review existing processes and suggest improvements in line with best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a compliance or AML related role

• Good understanding of the TCSP industry and regulatory framework

• Experience with onboarding, monitoring, and compliance processes

• Strong analytical and detail oriented mindset

• Fluency in English

• Good IT skills
