Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Our client, a digital media company based in Malta, is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support their team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll be involved in coordinating projects, campaigns and client deliverables across multiple platforms, while supporting general office operations. The role combines administrative work with hands-on operational support and involves regular communication with both internal teams and clients.
This position is well suited to someone with experience in administration or operations who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ready to take on more responsibility.
Location: On-site – Mriehel
Responsibilities:
As an Operations Coordinator, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support the team with day-to-day office administration
Coordinate workflows internally and with clients
Manage client communication, scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain documentation and internal systems
Assist in improving processes and efficiency
Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Requirements:
Previous experience in operations or administration
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident and professional communication style
Fluent in English and Maltese (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general business tools
