Location: Hybrid / Remote – Malta

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects across online trading and financial technology operations, including brokerage and proprietary trading environments.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, trading operations, customer support, compliance, and business stakeholders.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and measurable success metrics.

• Translate business and trading requirements into clear technical and operational deliverables.

• Oversee projects related to trading platforms, back-office systems, CRM tools, liquidity integrations, and risk management infrastructure.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure regulatory, risk management, and compliance considerations are integrated into project execution.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, key metrics, and potential blockers.

• Support continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalability initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the trading, fintech, or financial services industry (3+ years preferred).

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.

• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication abilities.
