Senior Account Manager
Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key commercial relationships and help drive long-term partner success. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring partners receive consistent value across products and services. You’ll act as a central point of contact for strategic accounts while working closely with internal teams to deliver commercial and operational outcomes.
Alongside account ownership, you’ll play an active role in supporting less experienced team members and contributing to the evolution of account management practices.
Location: Hybrid – Sliema
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Owning and developing a group of strategic partner accounts, with a focus on long-term growth and retention
Identifying commercial opportunities within existing relationships and guiding partners toward relevant solutions
Leading commercial discussions and managing agreement-related activities
Acting as a trusted contact for senior stakeholders within partner organisations
Translating account performance into clear updates and insights for both partners and internal teams
Working toward agreed commercial targets while monitoring performance and trends
Coordinating with product, technical, and operational teams to ensure partner needs are met
Overseeing the onboarding of new partners and ensuring early-stage success
Contributing to wider team objectives and shared performance goals
Supporting product feedback and prioritisation by gathering partner requirements
Maintaining regular contact with partners through calls, meetings, and on-site visits
Representing our client in external meetings, conferences, and industry events, including travel
Providing strategic input to partners around market direction, product use, and growth planning
Identifying potential account risks and addressing them before they impact performance
Supporting and mentoring junior account managers, sharing best practices and guidance
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience managing key accounts within the iGaming B2B sector
Strong understanding of market dynamics and partner needs within online gaming
Demonstrated success growing and retaining high-value commercial relationships
Confidence handling complex discussions and making commercially sound decisions
Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to inform strategy and recommendations
A commercially minded approach with attention to performance and return on investment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across technical and non-technical areas
