A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking skilled and driven Technical Product Manager to join their expanding product department and own the delivery & post-launching phases of their trading and FX platforms. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

This is an interesting position with hands-on, delivery-focused and technical capable. This is a position beyond roadmap planning role. The suitable candidate must be familiar and comfortable with defining backend ecosystems - logic, calculations, rules, and edge cases and coordinating with software engineers on delivery.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Product Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimisation.

• Translate FX and trading requirements into clear product specifications, logic, and rules.

• Define backend behaviour, calculations, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically sound and implementable.

• Validate technical assumptions, estimates, and implementation approaches.

• Work closely with cross-function departments, such as Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Data teams with strong communication skills.

• Track product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights, to influence and follow with other departments.

• Continuously improve product functionality, stability, and client experience's ownership.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with strong technical exposure.

• Experience in FX, trading, brokerage, or trading platforms is essential.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with backend and frontend engineering teams.

• Ability to define system logic, workflows, calculations, and edge cases.

• Experience delivering complex, data-driven web or mobile products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
