Senior Growth Manager (B2B)
Job description:
Our client is a fast-growing B2B business operating at the intersection of crypto, prop trading, and trading infrastructure. As part of its next growth phase, the company is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead and scale revenue-driven initiatives, with a strong focus on LatAm markets and affiliate-led acquisition models.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, working directly with the CEO to define, execute, and optimise the company’s growth engine across affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, and expansion strategy.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Growth Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Growth Strategy & Execution
Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across LatAm, with clear accountability for revenue, pipeline growth, and market expansion.
Translate company objectives into scalable, measurable growth initiatives across B2B channels.
Continuously test, iterate, and optimise acquisition strategies based on performance data.
Affiliate & Partnership Growth
Manage and scale affiliate and partnership models across FX, CEX, and prop trading ecosystems.
Identify, onboard, and develop high-performing affiliates, IBs, and strategic partners in LatAm with commercial and marketing departments.
Maximize commercial models (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA where relevant) aligned with long-term value creation, to ensure all involved parties' interests.
CEO-Level Collaboration
Work closely with the CEO on growth planning, prioritisation, and strategic decision-making.
Act as a key thought partner on market entry, positioning, and expansion opportunities.
Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations at leadership level.
Internal & External Marketing Strategies
Act as a key contact with B2B customers, for internal and external marketing campaigns.
Adapt growth strategies to local nuances, regulations, and retail traders, MIBs, IBs, affiliates, HNW or institutional acquisition patterns.
Collaborate with creative team to ensure internal & external campaigns aligned with objectives and expectations.
Data, Performance & Optimisation
Own growth KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Analyse funnel performance, partner ROI, CAC/LTV, and conversion efficiency.
Use insights to improve scalability, predictability, and profitability of growth channels.
Requirements:
Experienced leader within Forex, CFDs, PropTrading, CEX or FinTech spaces, with strong understanding of affiliate business model and marketing operations from agency perspective.
Solid understanding of LatAm in the dynamic trading space would be a high advantage.
Native-Level English proficiency.
Experience in managing commercial teams (affiliates, sales, partnerships, marketing, etc.)
Strong business-acumen with client-facing experience.
