Job Description
Our client is a well-established firm that provides a wide range of services within the regulatory and corporate sectors. They support businesses with compliance, licensing, advisory, and operational solutions, particularly within highly regulated industries. With a multidisciplinary team and a client-focused approach, they assist both startups and established entities in navigating complex legal and financial frameworks.
They are looking for a detail oriented Corporate Services Administrator to support their Corporate and Legal team with company administration, immigration support, compliance, and registry filings, providing hands on administrative assistance, preparing and submitting documentation, liaising with authorities, and supporting clients within a fast paced CSP environment.
Location: Hybrid - Msida
Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Services Administrator, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting global mobility processes, including residence permit applications and related ongoing compliance requirements
Assisting with company incorporations, including the preparation and submission of documentation to the Malta Business Registry
Supporting corporate changes, statutory filings, and ad hoc submissions to the Malta Business Registry
Assisting with the preparation, maintenance, and updating of statutory and internal corporate registers
Providing general administrative and corporate support as required by the team
Requirements:
An A Level standard of education or equivalent
Previous experience within the corporate services sector is considered an advantage
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
Highly organised, detail focused, and able to manage deadlines efficiently
