Frontend Product Manager
Job Description
Our client is looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Frontend Product Manager to oversee and continuously improve a portfolio of websites. The role focuses on improving user experience, conversion, and overall performance, while working closely with multiple internal teams.
This position suits someone with strong product ownership experience in a website or frontend environment, a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location: Hybrid / Sofia or Malta
Responsibilities:
As a Frontend Product Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Manage a portfolio of websites with a focus on user experience, performance, and conversion
• Work closely with SEO, Content, Sales, Design, and Product teams to manage roadmaps and backlogs
• Align website priorities with business goals and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with UX and UI designers to improve usability and visual consistency
• Define functional requirements and translate them into clear tasks for technical teams
• Coordinate releases and website changes across teams and stakeholders
• Ensure all changes are documented and clearly communicated
• Maintain documentation related to features, workflows, and business logic
• Perform regular website audits and quality checks
• Identify issues, report them, and follow up until resolution
• Conduct competitor reviews, heatmap analysis, and A B testing
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure ongoing compliance
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and industry developments
• Support ad hoc tasks required for the success of the role
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a website or frontend focused role
• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product role
• Knowledge of SEO and content management principles
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to investigate website issues using browser tools
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proactive approach with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience with A B testing and analytics tools such as GA4
• Team oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Experience in Casino, Sportsbook, or digital marketing environments is an advantage
