Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a Compliance professional to support its B2B regulated iGaming operations across multiple jurisdictions. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance for products and services provided to business partners, supporting licensing activities, and embedding robust compliance frameworks across the organisation. Working closely with internal teams, external service providers, and regulatory bodies, this position plays a key role in enabling compliant growth within highly regulated markets.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Compliance Analyst, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Monitor regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and assess their impact on the business, ensuring ongoing alignment with applicable gambling regulations and local legal requirements.
• Actively support anti money laundering and sanctions compliance, including transaction monitoring, internal reporting, and escalation of suspicious activity where required.
• Provide day to day compliance guidance to business teams and contribute to the compliance elements of new initiatives, projects, and operational changes.
• Coordinate and oversee gaming licence applications, renewals, and ongoing obligations across several markets, ensuring licence conditions are consistently met and documented.
• Review, maintain, and enhance internal compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and risk assessments, proposing improvements and supporting their implementation.
• Identify compliance risks linked to the launch or evolution of casino products and provide practical, commercially aware recommendations to mitigate exposure.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes, supporting preparation, execution, and follow up actions while ensuring deadlines and regulatory expectations are met.
• Track regulatory updates, guidance, and enforcement trends, carrying out impact assessments and advising on necessary operational or procedural changes.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance considerations related to product functionality, marketing activity, data handling, and technical operations.
• Manage relationships with external compliance providers and support regulatory filings, record keeping, and administrative compliance processes.
• Establish and improve internal controls, workflows, and reporting lines to support compliance awareness and accountability across the organisation.
• Engage with senior management, internal departments, and third parties during negotiations and regulatory discussions.
• Act as a point of contact with regulatory authorities when required, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the legal and compliance function and support additional tasks as required by business priorities.
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English skills, additional languages are considered an advantage.
• A minimum of two years experience in a compliance focused role.
• A degree in Law is beneficial but not essential.
• Previous exposure to the gaming sector or other highly regulated environments is highly valued.
• A proactive and ownership driven mindset, comfortable working in a fast paced and evolving business.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify risks and propose balanced, business focused solutions.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
• A collaborative and approachable communication style, able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• A genuine interest in customer experience and the ability to promote this mindset across teams.
