Swedish Marketing Manager
Job Description
As part of our client's ongoing expansion, they are seeking a Swedish Marketing Manager who will help accelerate player acquisition and support long term growth within the Swedish market. This role focuses on guiding and delivering all Swedish facing marketing activity, ensuring that campaigns connect with local players, meet regulatory requirements, and achieve strong performance.
Role Overview
This position combines strategic oversight with hands on involvement where needed. You will coordinate all Swedish market execution, ensuring that broader marketing plans are translated into effective activity for Sweden. While you will not be responsible for the Swedish P and L, you will be accountable for how the brand is presented in Sweden, how campaigns perform locally, and how new players are acquired and engaged.

Responsibilities:
As a Swedish Marketing Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Lead Swedish Player Acquisition
• Manage initiatives designed to attract new players in Sweden
• Review and improve conversion paths to strengthen acquisition results
Support Swedish Market Development
• Oversee ongoing activity aimed at long term audience growth
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, reach, and performance
Coordinate Local Campaign Delivery
• Ensure Swedish facing campaigns are adapted correctly, compliant, and produced to a high standard
• Guide localisation of messaging, copy, and player communications
Build Relationships with Affiliates and Community Partners
• Support local partners including affiliates, streamers, and community groups
• Provide partners with accurate and on brand materials that assist acquisition efforts
Ensure Compliance
• Guarantee that all Swedish marketing activities follow local regulations and responsible gaming requirements
• Maintain strong review processes to safeguard quality and compliance
Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in marketing roles focused on acquisition or market growth
• Native level Swedish and strong English communication
• Genuine interest in poker and familiarity with player behaviour
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with firm deadlines
• Experience ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across marketing outputs
