PSP Specialist
Job Description
Our client is looking for a PSP Specialist with one to two years of experience to manage operational relationships with payment service providers that support high-risk industries. The role involves coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining daily communication, resolving operational matters, and ensuring a stable and efficient portfolio of providers across multiple markets. This position acts as a key link between internal teams and external partners.
Location: On-Site, Sofia
Responsibilities:
As a PSP Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with payment providers
- Coordinate onboarding, prepare required documentation, and support agreement finalisation
- Clearly explain the company’s operational setup and requirements to external partners
- Negotiate commercial terms to secure optimal conditions for the business
- Ensure all technical configurations are accurate and properly documented for internal teams
- Maintain updated internal records and provider information
- Expand the existing provider portfolio by sourcing and evaluating new payment solutions
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with payment service providers is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of payment processing and payment flows
- Solid B2B experience and strong relationship management skills
- Familiarity with high-risk industries such as Forex, Casino or Sportsbook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
