Job Description

Our client is looking for a PSP Specialist with one to two years of experience to manage operational relationships with payment service providers that support high-risk industries. The role involves coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining daily communication, resolving operational matters, and ensuring a stable and efficient portfolio of providers across multiple markets. This position acts as a key link between internal teams and external partners.

Location: On-Site, Sofia

Responsibilities:

As a PSP Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage and maintain strong working relationships with payment providers
Coordinate onboarding, prepare required documentation, and support agreement finalisation
Clearly explain the company’s operational setup and requirements to external partners
Negotiate commercial terms to secure optimal conditions for the business
Ensure all technical configurations are accurate and properly documented for internal teams
Maintain updated internal records and provider information
Expand the existing provider portfolio by sourcing and evaluating new payment solutions

Requirements:

Previous experience working with payment service providers is a strong advantage
Good understanding of payment processing and payment flows
Solid B2B experience and strong relationship management skills
Familiarity with high-risk industries such as Forex, Casino or Sportsbook
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
