Licensing and Compliance Officer
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Licensing and Compliance Officer to join their team on a full-time, remote basis. The successful candidate will take a lead role in overseeing regulatory licensing matters and ensuring the organisation’s ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This position involves managing licence applications and renewals, liaising with regulatory authorities, monitoring compliance frameworks, and guiding the business on regulatory obligations.
You will be the key point of contact for licensing processes, ensuring that all documentation and submissions are accurate and timely, while also supporting wider compliance initiatives such as KYC oversight, policy reviews, and risk assessments. Additionally, you will mentor and support colleagues to strengthen compliance knowledge and best practices across the team.

Responsibilities:
As a Licensing and Compliance officer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage and coordinate licence applications, renewals, and related submissions across jurisdictions
• Serve as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and licensing authorities
• Monitor changes in licensing and regulatory requirements and advise stakeholders accordingly
• Review and maintain accurate licensing documentation and compliance records
• Oversee internal compliance procedures and ensure alignment with local regulations
• Support KYC and due diligence processes as needed
• Conduct regular compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance and licensing best practices across operations
• Mentor and guide colleagues to develop their understanding of licensing and compliance processes
Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in regulatory compliance or licensing within the iGaming or technology sector
• Strong understanding of licensing frameworks, applications, and maintenance processes
• Proven experience liaising with regulators or external authorities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
