Marketing Manager
Job Description
Our client is a well-established group operating across multiple brands and digital verticals. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with each brand’s objectives while maintaining consistent messaging across the group.
Location: On-site / Mosta, Malta
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each brand’s goals while ensuring alignment with the overall group vision.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other relevant platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Execute and oversee SEO initiatives (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic rankings and online visibility.
- Oversee website management through WordPress, ensuring content accuracy, timely updates, and a strong user experience.
- Implement effective content marketing and social media strategies, coordinating the production of digital assets, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets across brands and channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, creative teams, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and projects.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing developments, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, particularly on Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM or automation tools.
- Understanding of design principles and ability to use basic tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Proficiency in WordPress for content updates, plugin management, and optimization.
- Experience in social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing teams or leading marketing projects.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
