Corporate Operations Manager
Job Description
Our client is a Malta-based corporate and advisory services firm offering accounting, legal, fiduciary and corporate structuring support across a broad range of sectors.
In the role you will be expected to manage and optimise operational processes spanning corporate, finance, accounting, compliance and office support functions, implement and enhance systems and policies, oversee client onboarding and portfolio monitoring, collaborate with finance, accounting and compliance teams, and drive continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.
Location: Hybrid - Malta
Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Operations Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage, oversee, and optimise processes across corporate, finance, accounting, compliance, and office support functions
- Design, implement, and continuously improve internal policies, manuals, and systems to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Monitor client onboarding and termination processes, ensuring timely and compliant execution
- Maintain and develop portfolio monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and proper preservation of organisational data
- Work closely with accounting and corporate teams to ensure client matters, including statutory and internal deadlines, are effectively managed
- Coordinate with the AML, Risk, and Compliance teams to uphold robust internal controls and regulatory adherence
- Manage operational systems and infrastructure in collaboration with IT providers, ensuring they meet business and regulatory needs
- Lead the introduction and integration of new systems, tools, and initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and business continuity measures are up to date
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing timely documentation and responses
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a TCSP or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and operational frameworks within the regulated sector
- Excellent organisational, strategic planning, and project management skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field will be considered an asset
