Research Analyst - CNPI
Job Description
A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic CNPI Analyst to strengthen their presence in Brazil market. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more. In Brazil, their operation is focused on investment research and asset analysis, always line with CVM regulations & international standards.
Location: Remote – Brazil
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a CNPI-P or CNPI-T Analyst with a technical, analytical, and communicative profile, capable of transforming data into decisions, reports into strategies, and analyses into relevant content. The professional will join the brokerage firm's Research team, collaborating on analyses, recommendations, and market communications with high technical and ethical standards.
As a CNPI Analyst, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conduct technical and/or fundamental analysis on a wide range of financial instruments, including equities, derivatives, and futures
• Issue well-supported buy/sell recommendations aligned with market standards, macroeconomic conditions, and risk-return expectations
• Prepare detailed research materials on companies, sectors, and financial assets to support investment decision-making
• Build, enhance, and maintain financial models, valuation tools, and performance projections for assets and portfolios
• Monitor domestic and global markets, tracking news, economic indicators, and political developments impacting pricing
• Communicate insights clearly during stakeholder discussions, presentations, and client engagement
• Produce educational content — such as articles, reports, guides, and short courses — to support financial literacy and reinforce research credibility
• Contribute to the evolution of the Research function, supporting process improvements and best-practice governance
Requirements:
- 
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Active CNPI-P or CNPI-T certification (APIMEC) with CVM registration as a Securities Analyst
• Fluent English — written and spoken
• Proven experience in asset analysis and publishing investment recommendations
• Strong understanding of domestic and global financial products and capital markets
• Proactive, analytical, and collaborative working style
• Excellent communication skills, including professional writing and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in financial modeling and chart analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, TradingView)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
2. Experience in producing educational and market content, with a focus on e-books, articles, guides, mini-courses, news, and reports
3. Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, engaging, and accessible communication for different audiences
