Brand Manager
Job Description
Our client is expanding and looking for an experienced and motivated Brand Manager to join their team. The role will focus on planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth across competitive markets. As part of the Commercial Management team, the Brand Manager will be responsible for achieving set targets and tracking brand performance in line with overall business goals and strategies.
Location: Hybrid - Saint Julian's
Responsibilities:
As a Brand Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Position the brand effectively within the market to create clear differentiation from competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise future initiatives for improved return on investment.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks.
- Gather and interpret customer insights to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and relevant regulatory updates.
- Work closely with product teams to define and support the development of new crypto-related features and offerings.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the cryptocurrency and iGaming landscape.
- Ensure brand alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to the long-term roadmap for innovation and expansion within the crypto product space.
- Track and evaluate brand performance metrics including customer acquisition, retention, product performance, and overall sentiment.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent brand delivery across all touchpoints.
- Lead and coordinate projects supporting new product launches and brand initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to meet brand objectives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in brand management or marketing, within the iGaming or crypto sector.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and the metrics that drive success.
- Demonstrated interest in or experience with crypto-gaming products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable communicating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of business strategy and objectives.
