Client Success Manager (Affiliate channel)
Job Description
A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Client Success Manager (Affiliate channel) to strengthen commercial department within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.
Location: On-site Cancun, Mexico
Responsibilities:
As a Client Success Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Proactively reach out to and engage clients generated through the company’s CRM, following structured outreach strategies.
- Guide approved clients through the onboarding process, supporting them toward their first deposit and active engagement.
- Develop and execute reactivation initiatives to re-engage dormant clients and encourage ongoing trading activity.
- Handle client objections with confidence and professionalism, clearly communicating product value and benefits to achieve business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses, efficient communication, and smooth coordination with internal departments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for clients to expand their engagement or explore additional services and platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to enhance the overall client journey and deliver a personalised experience.
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels — calls, emails, and messaging platforms — adapting communication style to suit client preferences and cultural nuances.
- Manage workload and prioritise effectively to focus on high-value opportunities and maximise business results.
Requirements:
- Familiar with affiliate campaigns and proven track records of nurturing partnerships to generate revenues in Forex/iGaming or related spaces. Candidates with other affiliate experience, such as e-commerce, dating, etc. who would like to switch into these forex space are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Spanish & good communication in English.
- Ready to take extra miles to deliver the end results.
