Head of Client Strategy
Job Description
Our client is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Client Strategy to develop their growth roadmap, representing the company across the iGaming ecosystem, and ensuring continuation to evolve alongside their clients’ needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong industry presence, business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to define client strategies, manage high-impact projects, and strengthen its market position as a partner of choice in the B2B iGaming space.
Location: Hybrid - Birkirkara
Responsibilities:
As a Head of Client Strategy, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Define and execute the company’s commercial growth strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the iGaming and BPO sectors.
- Develop and refine commercial models, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to position the company as a trusted partner through targeted campaigns and industry visibility.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s service offering and scalability.
Networking & Industry Representation
- Represent the company at industry events such as SBC Summit, SiGMA, iGaming Club, and other conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and industry partners.
- Actively promote the company’s brand, capabilities, and thought leadership within the iGaming community.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that enhance the company’s reputation and growth potential.
Client Strategy & Partnership Management
- Oversee key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Work closely with the operations team (customer support and RPF specialists) to align service delivery with client needs and growth goals.
- Use client feedback and data insights (including AI feedback tools) to inform the company’s service development and strategic direction.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with key clients to reinforce the company’s role as a long-term partner.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and operations leadership to align business growth with delivery capacity and service excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance and commercial insights that inform the company’s expansion roadmap.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration between Operations, Marketing, and Management to ensure cohesive growth execution.
- Contribute to the company’s internal culture of accountability, innovation, and client partnership.
Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in client strategy, business development, or operations leadership, ideally within iGaming, BPO, or technology sectors.
• Strong network within the iGaming industry and confidence in representing the company at high-level events.
• Proven track record of managing key client portfolios or driving business growth.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills at senior levels.
• Demonstrated success in building, mentoring and managing teams within a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating and implementing operational processes and performance metrics
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Hybrid role, with occasional travel for conferences and client meetings
• Deep understanding of iGaming operations (support, payments, KYC, compliance, risk).
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
• Strategic mindset with an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com or Asana.
