Business Growth and Projects Manager
Job Description
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Projects Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements within a rapidly scaling iGaming business. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this role will work closely with leadership team to deliver key projects that enhance revenue performance, streamline operations, and strengthen the client experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of transforming ideas into structured execution while maintaining calm and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Growth and Projects Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
- Support the CEO in preparing proposals, commercial models, and client presentations.
- Manage inbound leads and guide potential clients through the sales pipeline — from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with CEO and Marketing to strengthen our client's market presence and brand positioning.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the iGaming and BPO sectors.
- Support the CEO & COO in developing and implementing light, repeatable frameworks that improve efficiency and consistency across future projects
Project Management
- Oversee client onboarding and internal implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and manage timelines.
- Support leadership on key initiatives including restructuring, client onboarding and growth programmes, ensuring all projects contribute to commercial and operational outcomes
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations alignment.
- Track progress, anticipate challenges, manage risks and design communication and rollout plans to minimise disruption and conflict
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decisions, resolve trade-offs and maintain cross-functional alignment
Client Relationship Management
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Act as a point of escalation for project or delivery concerns and ensure quick, proactive resolution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Project or Programme Management, Operations, or Account Management, ideally within iGaming or a fast-moving regulated sector
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect delivery outcomes to revenue, margin and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with credibility in engaging senior stakeholders and department heads
- Hands-on approach with experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create data-driven growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of operational processes (support, payments, KYC, risk, or compliance)
