SEO Specialist
Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to strengthen their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in competitive markets and enjoys the challenge of driving organic visibility. The successful candidate will take ownership of both technical and content-focused SEO, working across multiple brands and regions, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Location: Hybrid - Saint Julian's
Responsibilities:
As an SEO Specialist , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Execute technical, on-page and off-page SEO initiatives across different brands and markets.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers and in-house teams to deliver effective SEO campaigns.
- Perform regular audits, identify improvements and implement optimisations across multiple languages.
- Provide technical SEO recommendations and oversee their implementation.
- Support content SEO processes, from keyword research through to optimisation and publishing.
- Lead off-site initiatives such as link building, PR activity and maintaining a healthy backlink profile.
- Monitor competitors’ strategies and share insights to improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO contributes effectively to wider business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a competitive SEO environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page and off-page SEO practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as SemRush, Ahrefs and LRT.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
- Team-oriented, supportive and collaborative, with the ability to share expertise and assist colleagues.
