Job Description

Our client, a well-established affiliate marketing company in the iGaming sector, is seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to oversee and grow the affiliate function across its portfolio of brands. This senior role will involve leading a team, driving acquisition strategies, and ensuring the affiliate program delivers measurable growth and long-term value.

Location: Hybrid - Saint Julian's

Responsibilities:

As a Head of Affiliates, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Oversee and manage the affiliate marketing programs across multiple brands.

Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, preparing forecasts and ensuring targets are met in line with budgets.

Support and guide affiliate account managers with strategy execution and day-to-day operations.

Work closely with other internal teams to strengthen acquisition efforts and optimise overall performance.

Create and roll out strategies aimed at improving the quality and yield of affiliate partnerships.

Build and maintain strong industry relationships, representing the company at sector events and staying informed on emerging trends.

Provide clear and accurate reporting on affiliate activity and performance to senior management.

Attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events in Malta and abroad to expand the partner base.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming.

At least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data and numbers.

Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach.

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Positive and motivated attitude, with the ability to inspire and guide others.

Fluency in English is required.
