Head of LATAM
Job Description
On behalf of our client, a regulated brokerage, we are seeking an experienced Head of LATAM to lead the company’s expansion across Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies, building and managing high-performing teams, and overseeing all business development, partnerships, and operational activities in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries.

Responsibilities:
As a Head of LATAM, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for LATAM, aligned with company goals.
- Recruit, manage, and lead regional sales & business development teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners across LATAM.
- Oversee revenue growth and client acquisition in markets including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
- Monitor and analyze regional market trends, competition, and regulations, providing insights to HQ.
- Represent the company at regional events, expos, and conferences.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Marketing, Payments, Customer Support) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in business development or senior management within the Forex, Financial Services, or iGaming industries.
- Proven track record of building successful business operations in the LATAM region.
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners in LATAM.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across Latin America.
