Our client, an established international company operating across over 20 countries and five continents, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SEO Executive to join their team. They are focused on digital growth through content-driven strategies and targeted online traffic. The ideal candidate enjoys multitasking, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid, Sofia - Bulgaria / Malta

Responsibilities:

As a SEO Executive, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Plan and implement search strategies to support large-scale content and growth initiatives
Conduct research and analysis on keywords, competition, and market trends to identify valuable opportunities
Provide input and improvements on both on-site and off-site content
Prepare performance reports using various tools and internal data
Source relevant websites for outreach and negotiate strategic placements
Evaluate and renew existing online collaborations and deals
Build and manage relationships with external digital partners
Track performance using platforms such as Google Search Console and other monitoring tools
Participate in technical audits to improve overall search visibility
Stay informed about digital trends and updates that may impact performance
Collaborate with internal departments to align goals and execute campaigns efficiently

Requirements:

Solid understanding of organic visibility and how search platforms rank content
Proven experience in supporting digital acquisition strategies
High level of motivation and interest in contributing to measurable growth
Creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities in competitive markets
Familiarity with at least one industry tool such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar
Experience in the casino or sports betting industry is considered an asset
