Job Description
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the performance, upkeep, and growth of Canadian-facing online casino platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring the sites deliver strong user value, meet business goals, and align with broader marketing and compliance strategies. The Site Manager will be responsible for daily operations, commercial integrations, campaign delivery, and backend updates, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality user and partner experiences.
Location: Hybrid - St. Julian's OR Remote
Responsibilities:
As a Casino Website Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day performance of the Canadian platforms, ensuring content and features are current, accurate, and optimized.
- Track core metrics including user engagement, traffic, conversions, and visibility.
- Identify and action opportunities to improve content, usability, and overall user experience.
- Handle backend updates through WordPress including site menus, banners, rankings, and key sections.
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial team needs and partner exposure.
- Coordinate with commercial stakeholders to plan and implement operator promotions, placements, and updates.
- Monitor partner visibility and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with campaign and CRM teams to deliver monthly promotions and bi-weekly newsletters aligned with user and business goals.
- Support execution across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Proactively lead new initiatives informed by market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other platforms to assess performance and identify areas for growth.
- Turn insights into data-driven improvements to support growth and engagement.
- Work closely with content, design, CRM, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive execution and performance.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, insights, and performance summaries.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of web performance, SEO, UX, and affiliate models.
- Confident managing updates in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics and other site monitoring platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on improvement and results.
