Our client is seeking a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant to support the General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role at the center of decision-making, where your efficiency, professionalism, and discretion will help drive business operations.

Location: On-site with flexability - Malta

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Assistant to General Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the General Manager
• Manage the GM’s calendar, arrange meetings, and coordinate across different time zones
• Organize and book both local and international travel, including preparation of itineraries
• Ensure the office operations team upholds agreed standards and procedures
• Act as the main point of contact for all communications on behalf of the GM
• Draft professional correspondence, manage emails, and handle timely follow-ups
• Manage confidential documents and sensitive information with complete discretion

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior or executive level
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and preferably Maltese (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and tools such as Microsoft Teams
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and confident multitasking in a high-pressure setting
• Based in Malta with a strong understanding of the local business and cultural environment
  
• Must possess a valid driving licence.
