Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Sofia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, 24/7 operation where precision, responsiveness, and a proactive approach are key to success. The role involves supporting users, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary contact for client-related inquiries and support requests.
- Monitor activity and ensure adherence to community standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and escalate platform-related technical issues as needed.
- Accurately document interactions to assist in reporting and analysis.
- Identify and flag potential issues, offering proactive resolutions.
- Provide feedback aimed at improving internal processes and client satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Foster a professional and collaborative team environment.
- Work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The role is based on-site in Sofia and follows a rotating shift schedule.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Strong written English skills.
- Fast typing and effective multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with support tools such as Freshdesk, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.
- Customer-focused attitude and dedication to service excellence.
- Basic understanding of the online entertainment or gaming industry.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
