We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s studio team as a Card Room Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring the secure and efficient handling of all card-shuffling operations.

Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Card Room Coordinator, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Deal table games following company rules and procedures.
Oversee and coordinate a team of card shufflers during assigned shifts.
Organize and plan the distribution of cards throughout the studio.
Prepare and shuffle cards for various games as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal audits.
Ensure card integrity and monitor handling processes.
Operate and manage a specialized card tracking system.
Train and support new shufflers to maintain high operational standards.
Promote a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive attitude with a high sense of accountability.
Effective communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
Comfortable using equipment and software relevant to the role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
