Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Game Presenter, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Deal table games following company rules and procedures.
• Keep skills and game knowledge current, adapting to any changes promptly.
• Greet and engage guests warmly, providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate strong card handling and dealing techniques.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest activity and operational information.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and other departments.
• Safeguard company assets and perform duties safely.
• Meet hospitality, attire, and grooming standards consistently.
• Participate in required training and ongoing assessments.

Requirements:

• Proof of the right to work in Bulgaria.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) preferred; intermediate (B1) acceptable.
• Strong camera presence with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to connect with and engage players effectively.
• Adaptability to changing situations and multitasking under pressure.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure environments.
• No previous experience required, but a passion for customer-facing roles is essential.

Role Details:

• Most working hours will be spent live on camera, hosting and interacting with players during live-streamed table games.
• Shift work is required, with rotating schedules and regular breaks onsite.
• On-call duties may occasionally be necessary.
• The role involves periods of sitting with scheduled breaks.
