Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Assurance Specialist to help uphold the highest standards in live gaming experiences. In this role, you will evaluate the performance of presenters and assess gameplay quality, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for users. You’ll work closely with technical and operational teams to resolve performance issues and suggest improvements based on real-time feedback and observations.

Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Performance Assurance Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Analyze gameplay experiences and monitor player feedback.
Collaborate with technical teams, including engineering and AV to address and troubleshoot performance concerns.
Compile performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor live streaming quality to ensure it meets internal standards.
Maintain professional communication with team members and other departments.
Identify potential training needs and support quality improvements.
Take on additional related duties as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with relevant tools, systems, and software.
Knowledge of online gaming and game development processes is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced PC proficiency.
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English and Bulgarian required.
