We’re seeking an enthusiastic Appearance Specialist to support a vibrant team of on-screen talent in a dynamic studio environment. In this role, you will ensure presenters are stage-ready, with a polished look that reflects professionalism and style. Your expertise in makeup, hair styling, and wardrobe will help create a consistent and camera-friendly appearance, contributing to the overall quality of the live production.

Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Appearance Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Prepare presenters for on-stage performance through makeup and hairstyling.
• Apply makeup that aligns with studio lighting and background settings.
• Stay updated on beauty trends to enhance on-camera appearance.
• Style hair daily, ensuring it matches the performance requirements.
• Operate uniform conveyors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Load, unload, sort, and distribute uniforms efficiently.
• Monitor the condition of uniforms, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
• Manage laundry cycles for timely availability of clean uniforms.
• Issue and fit uniforms for new team members.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian required.
• Great attention to detail and a creative approach
  
• Positive communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience in beauty or makeup is preferred.
• Background in laundry or wardrobe operations is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with relevant equipment and tools.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
