Marketing & Sales Growth Specialist (Mandarin-speaking) - Remote
On behalf of our client, Hireroo is excited to represent a fast-growing and dynamic team that is expanding its footprint across the Asia region. This is a newly created position with strong potential to grow into the Head of Growth – Asia role, with HQ in Malta. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth in Europe, forming a key part of the global growth strategy.
If you're passionate about both driving traffic and building trusted client relationships, especially in the Forex and CFD trading space, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine marketing, business development, and strategy into one impactful position.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital & offline) to drive traffic and user engagement.
SEO & Visibility: Apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic growth.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing and user data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and present actionable insights to the team.
Client Engagement & Growth: Build and nurture relationships with Mandarin-speaking investors, ensuring a seamless and rewarding trading experience.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market and investor trends, especially within the Forex space, to guide client development and retention strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams in Europe to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and client needs.
Performance Expectations:

- Monthly platform registrations.
- Deposit volumes generated by your efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must have:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a marketing, sales or business development roles in Forex CFD trading space.
- Native-level Mandarin for customer communications; Professional English for internal collaborations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
