Technical Account Manager
Job Description
The Technical Account Manager role focuses on optimizing revenue through technical expertise and strong client relationships. You'll provide technical support for gaming products, configure back-office setups, and manage game releases. Requires iGaming experience and a basic understanding of technical integrations.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Effective communication with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Quick thinking, strong troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Previous working experience within iGaming.
- Basic understanding of APIs.
- Familiarity with Google Chrome Dev Mode/Tools.
- Familiarity with Excel.
