Hireroo Ltd is a specialized recruitment agency dedicated to delivering high-quality talent solutions, particularly within the iGaming, FX, and Fintech industries. We are expanding our team and seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting recruitment targets.

Location: Hybrid / Malta

Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the success of Hireroo Ltd by identifying and placing top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates will be crucial to excelling in this role.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide regular updates, and deliver top-quality candidates.
Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates across different industries, with a focus on iGaming, Forex, and Fintech.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met and optimize strategies accordingly.
Ensure all recruitment processes align with relevant employment regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Fluency in English and at least one non-EU language.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the iGaming, Forex, or Fintech industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Teamtailor.
